Kettlebell Fury!

I love working out with kettlebells! They're so versatile and fun to use. Below is a great KB workout for both strength and endurance. The last three moves will really get your heart pumping!!

Amy Hartsock Kettlebell workout

Start by picking up the weight of your choice—women usually grab between eight and 16 kg weights, though these weights vary depending on the exercises of choice and your strength and intensity level.

Perform each exercise for at least 2-3 rounds. Figure 8's (10 reps)

Side step KB swing (15 steps per leg)

Halo (12 reps)

Orbit (12 reps) Kettlebell Deadlift (12 reps) Narrow stance squats (12 reps) Turkish Get-Up (6-8 reps) KB goblet squat (25 reps) Double KB Windmill (6-8 reps) KB swings (25 reps) KB cleans & press (10 reps) KB one arm snatch (10 reps)
